The following Terms of Use will govern your engagement with when you use the site, access its content, or register on it.


Using this site and using the services is explained in this document. Your access to Alumni Vitae Medical LLC may be suspended if you disagree with the terms of site use as stated herein.


User Representation

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  2. your breach of any of the terms as provided or terms of any other Service Agreement signed by the parties;
  3. The infringement of the third party’s copyright, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.


Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”) shall be commenced in the Provincial Court of Appeal in Ontario, Canada. Parties, i.e., Alumni Vitae Medical LLC and Client(s) hereby agree to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenient with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such territories, provinces, and federal courts.


Change to the Terms of Use

Alumni Vitae Medical LLC, in its sole discretion, may change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. We recommend you visit this page before accessing the site and services offered through it. We reserve the right to change, alter or update the above clauses by adding, removing, repealing, or modifying the existing norms.
